Note: In 2019, SINP has made a major change in their International Skilled Worker - Occupation in-demand stream. Rather than candidates having work experience in an in-demand occupation to be eligible for this stream, candidates must not have experience in any of the professions that are in Saskatchewan Excluded Occupations lists.
Saskatchewan PNPs Occupation in-demand stream is not aligned with the Express entry program. Candidates are not required to have an Express Entry profile to apply for provincial nomination through this stream. Also having a job offer is not mandatory to apply for Saskatchewan provincial nomination.

Saskatchewan PNPs Occupation in-demand stream uses an Expression of Interest (EOI) system to manage all the applications. In this system, all the profiles are assigned scores based on their work experience, age, language skills, connection to the province, etc. Based on these scores, profiles are ranked in the SINP EOI pool.
The highest-ranked profiles are then invited to submit their application for provincial nomination through frequently held Saskatchewan PNP draws.
Once you are invited to apply, you will need to provide proof to support the EOI points you have claimed. To remain eligible for a nomination, you must achieve the minimum points of the EOI selection through which you received your ITA.
